Snacks and Eats

Here's a few meal ideas we LOVE.  We love to eat, but I hate the "what are we going to do for dinner?" conversation.  I have rediscovered the Crock Pot and use it all the time.  If I could use the Crock Pot everyday-- I would.  We both work full time and the Crock Pot allows you to fix it and forget it.  :-)


I'm trying to plan our meals better- some weeks I do better than others.  :-) Here are a few of our faves:

Matt's Fave Chicken Noodle Soup (it's easy to boot! Thank you, Sandra Lee)

Pot Roast (Matt LOVES this)
I use 2 Diet Cokes and 2 Reduced Fat Cream of Mushrooms in this recipe. 

Pesto Dip- this is a HUGE hit at gatherings I go to and it only has 3 ingredients!  I modify this and use 16 oz of light sour cream, 1 container of premade pesto, and 1 cup of cheese.  I use this with crackers or pita chips.

Ones I Want to Try
I havent tried this, but I want to....and this one, too.... Can you tell I LOVE cheese?  OK... just a few more... this one...and this one. :-)
