What tha What???

You know that feeling... When NONE of your damn pants fit!  And no I'm not talking about when you hit the cheese and wine a little hard for a few days....or a gluttonous trip to Vegas.  I'm talking about that (VERY) sobering moment that something's gotta give.... And quick!!

I hope to use this page to chronical my journey of weight loss, muscle building, and lifestyle changes.  I'm a work in progress and so is this page.  I hope to keep myself accountable by documenting this journey.

Since February 2015, I'm currently down 18.3 pounds.  My total goal is something closer to  35-40 lbs (and I have NO baby to show for it).  WTH??  My goal is more about feeling my best and finding something I can sustain long-term.  Losing weight sucks, getting back in shape really sucks, but never starting the journey to love yourself more sucks the most.
